OVERVIEW
America and much of the American Empire fail to see the forest for the trees. The trees, of course, are distracting as they are mentally disturbed, criminal, senile, and deslusional assholes as well as stunningly incompent. But they are accelerating the collapse of the empire they claim to be restoring.
They do not, it seems, have much interest in ‘making America anything, again’ except significantly poorer by completing the transfer of assets from the population to the billionaire class. Individually, many are not interested in that but in the chance to plunder the wealth that falls off the American truck as it plunges off the nearest cliff.
The term ignomious end does not often come to mind, but it does in this case. The forest is the collapse of the Modern World and, in the short term at least, the dominance of yet another rendition of the Chinese Empire. While these can be brutal, they are usually less militaristic and more civilized than the Modern World.
Amid the sudden but expected American collapse, we have the usual hope inspired by the practical application of technology and science. The civilizational collapse has overshadowed the steady march of climate disasters, but that is temporary.
