NOTE — The current level of American confusion is amazing. What was the Democratic Party is now as reactionary as the late 20th-century Republican Party, and that has collapsed into a policyless criminal organization. I’m reluctant to use the term organization for that gaggle of corrupt idiots that is the face of what was the GOP.
There is a frightening organization that has come up behind Trump and is using the money he has extorted from his followers to build a campaign machine dedicated to destroying representative government and human progress. Who the hell are these people, and who owns them? Beyond the usual suspects, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Michale Flynn, and other criminals (See Trump’s pardon list), who is funding this?
This entangled confusion may destroy both the American Republic and the modern world. It is becoming clearer that this may happen anyway, as both need to be replaced, but the noisy whiners and haters who have dedicated themselves to that destruction have nothing to offer except misery and extinction.
Should they be successful, I think they will be as surprised as everyone as the wave extinction sweeps them away with no replay button.
