OVERVIEW

Chaos continues to spread and deepen. The growing chaos can never be given more than a vague cursory acknowledgment in the corporate media. That acknowledgment assumes that chaos is usual. In America, the fact that Trump is incompetent, surrounds himself with various forms of dependently dysfunctional people, and produces constant chaos is well understood. What more is there to say?

Interviews and surveys show that the people who elected him as, likely, the last president of the United States did so, assuming that almost everything he promised to do was a lie. The only exception was the claim to reduce prices immediately, which he has already admitted he can’t do in his first official interview with Time magazine.

Sorry about that. Corruption and theft by the billionaires who purchased his election (read Elon Musk) and the Trump gang will proceed without any problems. The entangled political and climate collapse will accelerate, although this is happening planetwide regardless of egotistical, decaying nation-states.

Those in power overlook the increasing disconnect between people’s views of themselves and actual reality. This expanding divide complicates the search for media references that align with scientific and technical truths.

We will continue. In the end, science rules even if no one is left to recognize it.

WAR

Take your pick. Chaos is everywhere, and people have lost interest in Ukraine, Gaza, and Lebanon and are quickly losing interest in Syria because it is too confusing. Iran appears to be laying low, having been battered by the collapse of the Assad regime in Syria.
